implementation status:

This shloka compiled by Chanakya was found useful for a person especially Brahmins who used to travel extensively to different places.

It is a guideline for a person who is forced to live in the kingdom of different kings and finds his/her existence in the society in danger, such as with whom do you live, did you have any other life partner , were you imprisoned ... etc. Also, sometimes the soldiers of the king used to imprison them on the charges of theft etc. And that person's life becomes dangerous in both the countries.

What happened to Mother Sita in Ayodhya after the exile shown in Ramayana, at the time of writing this verse, the same issue would have been raised against Brahmins.

Finally look at its consequences in today's society.

We still see newspaper clippings about fishermen and military personnel and others being imprisoned in foreign countries.

They also return to the country after being released from jail and face the same difficulty in their social life.

Sometimes they remain on the missing persons list for the rest of their lives.

In course of time this principle will be considered as the universal principle of happy human life and as long as the society runs from dominance and we humans live in this society then it is a beautiful social system.
