Today is 25 day of February 2021. we have discussed about-

Inhabitation on Moon 

In My View Today's Moon is Tomorrow's Mars...Moon is decaying day by day and going far from us. 

To save Moon & inhabitation over there also to save Mankind following measures required: 

1. Lunar-stationery and other satellite around Moon. 

2. A permanent Laboratory automated for chemical analysis govern by voice/written command Robot. 

-but not like Rover on Mars. Few rovers like may use to collect sample near or vicinity. 

3. Create water I thought 2 Months back... today we discuss consequence base-

rough determination of quantity of water...

 Roughly it is one and two- third (or one & half) of ocean on earth.

MY FIRST VIEW THAT ON CREATING OF WATER INSTANTLY

WE MAY HAVE 30 DEGREE LESSER

TEMPERATURE DURING DAY TIME ON MOON 

(27.5 DAYS OF EARTH, FRIENDS ADDED

 EARLIER  CALCULATION IT COMES ABOUT 54 DEGREE.

a. surface area ratio. (diameter/ Diameter)

b. what happen if water create,

1. Ground Water Table (GWT) developed

2. humidity

c. water cycle

d. Tidal force due to earth gravitation on Moon

e. asteroids

NOW I AM THINKING IF GWT EXIST WHICH IS CERTAIN THEN

ALSO

Let us start with 1.5 capacity of ocean.

4.(A) anaerobic reaction on created water also

considered...nil poisonous effect need to be establish.

(b) before creating water we need to take care about the 16

KM long tunnel on Moon.

Turbulence may occur which may create a Bermuda Triangle

(Here on Earth) like place.

5. before creating water the world should go for a Peace &

Harmony treaty about Moon (PHTAM).

NATO and other treaty have drawbacks of time &

scenario...but it is an Extra Orbital issue.

Therefore, Supercomputer may utilise to make norms or

draft of Treaty PHTAM.

6. Three years may be the target to create water and next

seven years observation for meteorological development and

changes.

# Once Water create Meteorological development sustain

moon may orbit may act towards centripetal that is it start

come closer to earth or sustain...It is in my view. Let Us Save

Moon.

# Because After 10 Years Population may grow upto 16

Billion. I hope we may able to retain the existence of all

Tribes on Earth so long.

7. On the basis of that we may developed First growing herbs

and trees which diffuse oxygen in the created atmosphere on

Moon.

8. Richter Scale and Tectonic only be accounted after water is

created.

9. In 1971 USA Flag hoisted on Moon...perhaps we could get

co-ordinate of that time and now.

Reasonable solution of 12 Hours shift Job...!

Few data of India Population 135 crore  Educational institutions increases with the population  Job scope yet to commensurate  government servants 60 lacs  Pensioners 70 lacs  wherever from the pension money comes but it reflects that 60 lacs people support 70 lacs pensioners. Refined data 2023 Population 139 crore (as per us) Population 145 crore ( as per world metre) Government servants 48.67 lacs Pensioners 67.95 lacs  Actually I am ashamed to be a central government benifit taker out of 139 or 145 crores.
