12 Hours shift Job...hardles!

   

Employees will have to work for 12 hours, salary will decrease but PF will increase? Will modi government change the rules

1. Can any one realise how an Woman employee and Divyang employees will continue in work for 12 hours....when it is not possible for Male employees.

2. It is clear industrial act for working hours need to change...if it is a 6 days week or 5 days week and 12 hours per day working hours.

3. It is certain Govt. not going to increase working hours from 48 hours as Industrial act.

Option 

1. Govt can go for a 4 days week.

2. Total 192 hours per 4 weeks (48 x 4= 192) as per industrial act so 16 days working in 4 weeks.

That means those who are physical labour they work 16 days and 12 days sitting idle.

What their physical stamina goes medical concern may judge and comment.

If govt gives break 7 days to employees where continuity in works required how the duty roaster will maintain of 24 hours.

Therefore, it is obvious that Govt has to modify industrial act working hours from 48 hours.

Or,

Need to appoint new employees to meet up work cycle demand and ratio.

To regularised work culture it will take 2 years minimum- forecast from the available logical arguments.

Why the above 12 hours working is not possible under above mentioned structure... below let us see....

Genuine timeline on working days a details break-up:

Let us start from basic calculation.

One day on Earth= 24 hours= 6 hrs x 4 parts

1st Part= 6 hours= Sleeping

2nd Part= 6 hours 

-----------------Break up details------------------------

Bathing=......................10 minutes

self cleaning=.............17 minutes

Morning Worship=...45 minutes

Breakfast=...................15 minutes

Dress-up=....................08 minutes

Transportation=........10 minutes

Total of above..........105 minutes

(Transportation may vary upto 1 hours 50 minutes.).... convence problem...say 100 minutes

Say 205 minutes in lieu of 215 minutes.

Total 205 minutes= 3 hrs 25 minutes passed upto office

Office hours= 12 hours

At a stretch not more than 5 hours working..

Therefore, for 12 hours working

5 hours + 30 minutes( break) + 5 hours + 30 minutes (break) + 2 hours= 13 hours resume.

Tea break= 07 minutes

Lunch=...... 10 minutes ( fooding)

Tea break= 07 minutes

Urinal= 5 minutes x 6 times= 30 minutes

Cleaning of utensil and food warmer etc.

30 minutes all along.

American people went for Toilet twice a day.. general view. So 30 minutes extra.

Return to home= 1 hours 50 minutes 

Total= (105 + 100 + 13 hours + 07 + 10 + 07 + 30 + 30 + 30)=Total 13 hours 319 minutes 

ie.,

13 hours + 5 hours 19 minutes=

18 hours 19 minutes from Home to Office and upto Duty off.

Returning to House his own time office no botheration for Return to home= 1 hours 50 minutes.

My problems are as follows:

1. when I shall see TV News.
2. My Night fooding (Sapper)
3. Duty to my elders ( ie., Caring my old age parents)

4. Family planning ( next day planning to run my family)

5.  Sleeping 6 to 8 Hours 

6.   Looking after my childrens or pets. 

Do you think this is for salaried employees under industrial act...

See the cargo driver's life.

Most of the time we see long cargo truck or other vehicle roadside.

Either we say disgusting or we talk about No Entry or we talk about bribes or smuggling or prostitution.

...whether we think about the driver's lifestyle...

No.

I was forgot to add it up.

In railway it is only few kilometre distance a driver has to drive...why?

Why air traffic controller or railway controller has a different duty schedule?

We can have a online board of driver's as per the location of residence.

They can also ply the vehicle only 6 hours total to and fro.

While a professional driver opt a license where it harm us.

Tera baap to driver hain pata hain kya karta"( hindi hindi dialect)- ever we think of it?

To stop there nature call they very beginning of life start taking poppy/ opium ( ahfim or ahfing)...and as a result of this a hard soil or excreta they has to pass when they manage to answer a nature call.

Even during last hours if any one passed away they may not present due to long route drive.

And there life become full of uncertainty due to unforeseen happening rather accidents.

We strongly need to think of it with a system like Railway implemented...for a prestigious life of  there families and themselves.

Yeh to hamare haat mein hain na.

Atleast this is within our capability. A management expert may call for this..however since ninties we are running management schools.

If work from home permitted for 12 hours then also it is not possible.

Let us adopt this pattern now so that we will be comfortable on Mars working hours to be set for 4 hours 45 minutes for 3 shifts excluding 10 standard hours as sleeping hours.
