👉It is highly required to built our own IS Code for mughal, persian Dimasa and Ahom construction methodology for retrofit the monuments.

The technique and jointing materials that Era when no lime, cement and other industrial products were  unavailable.

Addendum IS 456:2020 or a New BIS code…

1. Structural Audit

2. Retrofitting measures

3. Ingredients at the time of original construction...say 300 BC to 1400BC.

4. Purity in retrofitting wrt original construction material.

5. In Northeast Tezpur,(old historical monuments) Sibasagar( Rang ghar, tola-tol ghar) and peripheries of Silchar (Dimasa King palace)

6. The ingredients  of the monuments at Sibasagar are 

duck-egg 

and 

Mati-mah dali(kind of pulse)

known from history ( burunji in assamese).

7. Dhodar Ali…is a Road at jorhat approach in upper assam.

8. Narakasur Path at Kamkhya temple, Gaur, Poundra culture and construction


A Seperate BIS code is highly essential to retrofit

Reasonable solution of 12 Hours shift Job...!

Few data of India Population 135 crore  Educational institutions increases with the population  Job scope yet to commensurate  government servants 60 lacs  Pensioners 70 lacs  wherever from the pension money comes but it reflects that 60 lacs people support 70 lacs pensioners. Refined data 2023 Population 139 crore (as per us) Population 145 crore ( as per world metre) Government servants 48.67 lacs Pensioners 67.95 lacs  Actually I am ashamed to be a central government benifit taker out of 139 or 145 crores. This number can be more with present infrastructure optimum use as describe below. ----------------------------------------------- I think 12 hours working hours should be in two halves  (6 hours + 6 hours)= 12 Hours Similarly 24 hours working hours should be in quadra part  (6 hours + 6 hours + 6 hours + 6 hours)= 24 hours. ----------------------------------------------- For charge handover a Duty log book need to be maintained reg...
